The Indian Film and Television Directors’ Association (IFTDA) had sent a show cause notice to Alok Nath when veteran writer-producer Vinta Nanda shared a detailed Facebook post with a sexual assault and rape allegation against Nath. Since then, Sandhya Mridul, Deepika Amin, and anonymous crew member from film Hum Saath Saath Hain have come forward in support with their own #MeToo stories.
