If you’ve not heard of Chhota Bheem (Little Bheem) yet, it is an Indian animation franchise created by Rajiv Chilaka of Green Gold Animation. Having met great success since its premiere in 2008 on Pogo TV, they are now releasing a web series for Netflix, and their first movie, which is in 3D!
Mighty Little Bheem is the first Netflix Original Kids Series from India. It follows an innocent toddler’s boundless curiosity — and extraordinary might — lead to mischief and adventure in his small Indian town. Bheem is a 15-month-old toddler in the Netflix series, who doesn’t talk yet. With no dialogues, probably to keep the reach global, the story will be threaded with a rich background score. As far as it goes for the franchise itself, it is the first pre-school targeted format, for ages 2 – 6. In the TV series that runs on Pogo, Bheem is a 9-year-old in the fictional kingdom of Dholakpur, usually involved in protecting Raja Indravarma, the king.
Mighty Little Bheem Season 1 will release on 12 April 2019 on Netflix across the world. If you want to know more about the movie, Chhota Bheem Kung Fu Dhamaka, click here.
