Adapted from James Baldwin’s 1974 novel, If Beale Street Could Talk is the story of Fonny & Tish, two romantic partners forced apart when Fonny is falsely accused of rape. Only, Tish is pregnant too. And the final trailer of the film sets the mood for romance and the holidays.

The film by Barry Jenkins, who came to limelight with his incredible Academy Award winning film Moonlight sees the formidable team of the 2016 film return, i.e. Director – Barry Jenkins + Editors Joi McMillon and Nat Sanders + Cinematographer James Laxton + Composer Nicholas Britell. 
The cast features Kiki Layne, Stephan James, Teyonah Parris, Regina King, Brian Tyree Henry, Colman Domingo, Dave Franco.

Having premiered at Toronto International Film Festival 2018 in Special Presentations, it will begin a limited release in the United States on December 14, 2018, before a scheduled expansion on December 25. Can’t wait for it to come to India!
