The show features Tisca Chopra as Dr Meera Anand and Ronit Roy as a superintendent of police Prithvi Singh in the lead, along with Parvin Dabas, Aashim Gulati, Mohan Kapoor, Malhaar Rathod, Sharad Joshi, Surya Sharma, Anangsha Biswas in pivotal roles.
The official adaptation of the acclaimed Israeli series created by Omri Givon and Rotem Shamir is written and adapted for India by Akriti Goel, Nisarg Mehta, Shiva Bajpai, Mayukh Ghosh, Suraj Gianani, and Madhura Dalimbkar.
