The Nightcrawler writer director Dan Gilroy has re-teamed with stars Jake Gyllenhaal and Rene Russo for the contemporary art horror thriller Velvet Buzzsaw, which just had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival 2019. The film also stars Toni Collette, Zawe Ashton, Tom Sturridge, Natalia Dyer, Daveed Diggs, Billy Magnussen, and John Malkovich.
