MARD KO DARD NAHI HOTA wins big at Toronto International Film Festival 2018.

From being the first film from India to have been selected in the Midnight Madness section, THE MAN WHO FEELS NO PAIN | MARD KO DARD NAHI HOTA has kickboxed its way into winning the Grolsch People’s Choice Midnight Madness Award at the Toronto International Film Festival 2018, which ran from September 6 – 16.
The film is about a young man quite literally born with the ability to feel no pain strikes out on a quest to vanquish 100 foes.
Featuring Abhimanyu Dassani, Radhika Madan, Mahesh Manjrekar and Gulshan Devaiah.

It is directed by Vasan Bala, a frequent Anurag Kashyap collaborator whose recent writing credits include Raman Raghav 2.0 and Bombay Velvet. This is the second film by the filmmaker whose 2012 debut film Peddlers at Festival de Cannes was a double nominee.
