The trailer of Manikarnika has finally been released. The film that has been in the news for all the wrong reasons, may finally become relevant for the visually stunning trailer that seems to show a film that stays true to its subject, the brave queen of Jhansi who the first woman in history to fight against the British and started the first war for Independence, Laxmi Bai born as Manikarnika.
The titular role played by Kangana Ranaut, the film features Jisshu Sengupta as her husband Maharaja Gangadhar Rao, Suresh Oberoi as Bajirao II, Danny Denzongpa as Ghulam Muhammad Ghouse Khan, Atul Kulkarni as Tatya Tope and Ankita Lokhande as Jhalkaribai.
