The actor-director-screenwriter Jon Favreau of the amazing film Chef has teamed up with his longtime friend and celebrity chef Roy Choi for a new Netflix Original series entitled The Chef Show.
The avid food enthusiast Jon Favreau and chef Roy Choi explore food in and out of the kitchen with other accomplished chefs and celebrity friends. And the two seem to be having a ball experimenting with their favourite recipes and various cooking techniques while serving friends, family and tradition. Watch the trailer here.
The eight-episode series is a celebration of food. Celebrity guests on Episode 1 include Gwyneth Paltrow and comic Bill Burr, whereas Episode 2 sees some of the Avengers join him which he is the iconic Happy of, including Robert Downey Jr. and Tom Holland, to help conquer an obscene amount of food in Atlanta. And so it continues.
The Chef Show is executive produced and directed by Jon Favreau who was most recently seen as Happy in Avengers Endgame. The chef Roy Choi serves as Executive Producer along with Annie Johnson. And it was released on Netflix today, 7 June 2019. Find it here.
