Directed by the Canadian filmmaker Ken Scott, The Extraordinary Journey Of The Fakir is based on the book of the same name written by Romain Puertolas. The film co-stars international stalwarts and stars in Berenice Bejo (Oscars, Golden Globes and BAFTA nominee for 2011 film The Artist), Barkhad Abdi (Oscars, Golden Globes nominee and BAFTA winner for 2013 film Captain Phillips), four-time Cesar nominee Gerard Jugnot.
